With beautiful walking + cycling paths from home, shops and restaurants a short distance away. You can park for free at the train station and then have a good, fast train connection to Utrecht, Amsterdam and Amersfoort, European city 2023. Parents + baby are welcome. Bookable from 1 night, except at Christmas, when only 3 consecutive nights are permitted.

Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

You have 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Out of the the front room (4.20 x 6.40 m) you have a view over the Oudegracht. This space is very suitable for quiet work. Wifi available.
