This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. The beds are comfy both in the main- or in the guest- house. Start your morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day around.

Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Båtsmanstorp i lantligt Roslagen. Närhet till djur och natur. Varsamt renoverat torp med vedspis och öppen spis. Lummig, avskild och stor trädgård med många kultursorter av växter. Närmaste sjö är Erken där det finns flera olika badplatser och natursköna områden. Vid torpet finns vedeldad bastu. Det finns bra busskommunikation till exempelvis Stockholm eller Grisslehamn för dagsutflykter. Norrtälje stad är också ett trevligt utflyktsmål.
