Liten lägenhet på landet strax utanför Sigtuna

Vi hyr ut rum och stugor 3 km Norr om Sigtuna i en lantlig, svensk miljö från 1750-talet och framåt. Vi har små röda stugor med vita knutar och en stor trädgård. Vi ligger 15 min från Arlanda, 25 min från Uppsala och 40 min från Stockholm. Vi har även djur på gården så som katter, hund, bin,och höns. Finns vandringsleder och skog runtomkring. Romantiska rummet är en mindre lägenhet med två sängar man kan sätta ihop. Litet kök, dusch och toalett. Den har luftvärmepump och golvvärme i köket.

We rent our a nice appartment in the basement of our large house. The house is located 70 meters from the Lake Mälaren and you have access to your own terrace. 200 meters from the appartment there is a bus stop called Lilla Sjudargården. During October- April we rent our this appartment but during the summer May until October we rent out the charming cottage in the garden. One apartment with private entrance and private parking, part of a villa in the suburb of Stockholm. You have nature just outside the house. The house is in a calm and safe area. There is one Queensize bed for 2 and one sofa bed for 2. You can either walk 15-20 minuts to the train station Jakobsberg or take the bus to the station. With the train it takes 20 minutes to central Stockholm.

Gavlellägenheten ligger väldigt centralt i Sigtuna Stad. Ni har gångavstånd till hela Sigtunas Stadskärna och hela stadens kultur och restauranger. Mariakyrkan ser man från sitt fönster. Ni har ca 100 m till buss både mot Stockholm och Uppsala. Även gångavstånd till bl a Gym och Padelhall. Utanför sin entré har man tillgång till altan och parkering.
