Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Auf 460m Seehöhe 4 km vom Ort Sankt Paul im Lavanttal entfernt umgeben von Wald und Wiesen im schönen Granitztal gelegen. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Straße somit gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Ein Wohnraum mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC stehen zur Verfügung. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln, sowie 100m² Wiese eingezäunt (ideal für Hunde).

It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.

Tourist tax in the amount of €1.6 /day /person is not included in the price and is payable upon arrival in cash.

Greenyard cottage - place to love

Our studio is a tiny place of 12 m2 where you can sleep,eat, cook. It has a little bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our garden, under the pear tree and lot of flowers. In front of the cabin there is a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the summer. Your car can be parked in front of our garage. Wi- fi is free. There are also some IR panels and electric radiators so you will no be cold in winter. But remember....-it is tiny!

The chalet is located in the suburbs of Ljubljana and is ideal for family vacations as well as for the sightseeing in the capital of Slovenia. The location allows you to retreat from the crowdedness of the city to an idyllic location surrounded by nature and the Ljubljana Marshes Nature Park, but only a shoot away from the strict city centre, which is accessible by car, city bus or just 15 minutes of a comfortable bike ride.
