The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Cute cottage near UCF & trails. No cleaning fee

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

Cozy 2 bedroom guest suite connected to host's primary residence but has its own entrance and there is no shared spaces inside. Living room, 2 separate bedrooms and a full size shower. Amenities include a coffee bar, mini fridge, microwave, TV, Wifi and access to non-heated swimming pool. Host primary residence does overlook the pool area. Listing does not include a full kitchen. This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.

It is located in our one acre property behind our house (very private) the parking is on the side of our house next to our carport and you will go through a gate and follow the path to the airstream. Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.
