Turn on the fan and open up the windows for a cool breeze on summer nights. Heat control in the winter. Newly remodeled 850 sqft basement apartment, spacious and nice. The Airbnb is close are Coors Field, the Convention Center, Union Station, and Lower Downtown. blocks away from the 25th and Welton light rail station. Right by I-25 and I-70. Quick and easy access to the Mountains to go skiing. 1 hour to Loveland Ski Area. An hour 15 to A Basin. The new A train to DIA has a stop at 38th and Blake that is a 5 minute uber ride from our place. Take the A train for $9 a person. Takes around 30 minutes to or from the airport.
