Its premium location allows you to get wherever you want on foot yet still offers tranquility if you just want to put your feet up and relax. And parking is free on the premises so don't worry about that

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
