By the time of Holy Roman Empire,knight templars were resting here after their crusades.It captivated with intrigue and imagination generations. Richard I,the Lion-Hearted of England who set out on the third crusade,after his return of crusades from Latin Kingdom,himself financed construction of Roman Catholic Cathedral,which is opposite to our appts. In the closest vicinity of the appts is the main plaza Stradun,where all events take place,with lot of narrow side streets,lot of all kind of variety of shops,caffes, restaurants and museums of historical events.Closest beach Buza is just few steps away. Appts lay in the very quiet area despite in the heart beat of the old town.Of great importance to say no steps to climb,appts are just on the first floor,not tiredness and fatigue in hot very sunny summer days. And finally we are glad to share this privilege with our clients.

There is a tiny garden boasting with mediterranean plants we are very proud of. You can sit in front of the house and drink your coffe here or have a glass of wine before going out. And that is a rare thing inside the walls as you'll discover. Located inside the stone walls of the Old Town, Dubrovnik, in the Karmen area (just above the Old Town Port ) this is one of the first and oldest parts of Dubrovnik. In front of our house are the remnants of renaissance Dubrovnik that was ruined in a great 17 th century earthquaqe. We are inside the walls, but 5 minutes from main street - Stradun -and that makes the whole difference - beacuse it means quiet in the night and not over crowded during the day but you'll be steps away from everything...the restaurants, coffee shops, the boat for beautiful Lokrum island( just under the house is the City Port), Porporela beach, Banje and Buža beaches...
