Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. We are in an inner courtyard of the historic center, very flowery and fragrant! Very close to all the main touristic sights, the business center and train station but SO peacefull & quite!  If you are market lover this is the district for you: here it's typical to browse through the leather market and the Central Market searching the best offer or the best stall for lunch and where you can buy all typical and geuine products of our local area.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
