Bed is a comfy queen size. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, spices, coffee and tea selections.

The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
