Deze woonboerderij is voorzien van CV, Airco, Vaatwasser, Combi oven, Koffie apparaat, Grote eigen tuin met lounge set en BBQ voorziening, Interactieve TV met Netflix, Snelle WIFI, Bed en badtextiel en rituals producten, ruime badkamer met wasmachine, 2 slaapkamers en grote woonkamer met slaapbank. 1 of 2 elektrische fietsen voor 15,-/dag en 1 of 2 electro fatbikes voor 30,-/ dag. Ligging in het groen tussen Herikerberg en borkeld / friezenberg. Wandelen / fietsen mountainbikeroute op 100 mtr.

Guesthouse in oude boerderij met zwemvijver

Sinds juli 2020 is ons gastenverblijf geopend voor boekingen: Een gerenoveerde oude stal, gelegen op het terrein van onze boerderij uit 1804, gelegen op 4,5 hectare grasland. Ideaal voor 1-4 personen, een 5de gast is welkom. 2 Tweepersoonsbedden + 1 stretcher. Op aanvraag: 1 kinderbed en 1 reisbed. Het is volledig onafhankelijk. De stal is gerenoveerd met behoud van originele materialen, trendy interieur en een waanzinnig uitzicht over onze tuin. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Huisje De Vrolijke Haan, buitengebied Winterswijk.

Knus piepklein (12m2)romantisch huisje (eigen opgang en P.P.) in het buitengebied van Winterswijk-Corle vlakbij mooie wandel/fiets/ruiterpaden en gelegen op het erf van een monumentaal boerderijtje. Voorzien van alle gemakken maar "basic" ingesteld. Geschikt voor 1of 2 personen, en voor 1 of meerdere dagen/weken te huur. Met name geschikt voor mensen die van rust, natuur houden en avontuurlijk zijn ingesteld. Niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen en kinderen Huisdier(en) na overleg welkom!

Vrijstaand Gastenverblijf "Pleegste"

Gastenverblijf Pleegste is een houten tuinhuis in het buitengebied van Raalte met een gezellige veranda met houtkachel. Je kijkt uit over de weilanden. Met een eigen ingang biedt het veel privacy. Het gastenverblijf bestaat uit één grote ruimte van 30 m² (verwarmd door CV), met een zit- en eethoek, een keukenblokje (koelkast, 2-pits inductie kookplaat, combi-magnetron, koffiezetter, keukengerei etc. ) en een 2-persoon boxspring . Het aanbod is ZONDER ontbijt. Een BBQ is te huur op locatie.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Little guest apartment with rural charm

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

Fijne plek aan de rand van het bos en bij dorp!

Fijne plek aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met prive tuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapkamer met 2-p bed en slaapzolder met 2 enkele bedden boven de keuken. Het centrum is op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en het Pieterpad. April 2025 volledig gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf kunnen wij helaas niet toestaan.

This is the perfect spot for those seeking rare peace, silence, and unspoiled nature. The Tubbergen and Dinkelland region is well known for its scenic cycling and hiking routes.

Typisch Frans - met privésauna

Een vrijstaande stenen huisje met besloten tuin en uitzicht op het coulisselandschap van de Achterhoek. De woonkamer is door de vele ramen heel licht en ruim. Het heeft ook een houtkachel zodat je je op koude avonden, lekker kunt warmen bij de kachel en uiteraard in de sauna. Onze paarden lopen in de wei voor het tuintje ook lopen onze kippen los door de tuin.
