This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

You can join Bosphorus tours leaving from Kabatas ferry station or you can get on the boots to visit Princess Islands

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

The Fairy tale in Orange Garden (jacuzzi inside)

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

Our house, “iki oda bir avlu”, is situated in the beautiful, fishing village of Babakale, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. This historic village dates back to the 14th Century, and is famous for its castle, the last one built during the Ottoman Empire.
