Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The Cottage

Take it easy at this traditional Irish stone cottage, located within a short distance of the historic Bailieborough Forest and Castle Lake in Co. Cavan. This area is noted for its many lakes and is very popular for angling, canoeing etc. Community Swimming Pool and Gym in local town. Also many other excellent recreational facilities including Golf, Spas and scenic Walking Trails in every direction. Close to all amenities and services in Bailieborough town.

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.

The Leck Loft

Our loft is 4 miles from Monaghan town, population 10,000approx. It is located roughly an hour and a half from Dublin and Belfast. Local amenities include 18 hole golf course and driving range, Rossmore Forest park (1.5miles), cinema, leisure centre, a number of pubs and restaurants (4 miles), Glaslough Castle and Equestrian centre (7 miles). There are numerous local lakes for fishing and the Bragan region offers various walking trails.

Erne River Lodge

Erne River Lodge is a beautiful Scandinavian style lodge on the banks of the River Erne close to the bustling village of Belturbet in County Cavan. A cosy wood burning stove, magnificent Buschbeck BBQ, two covered decks and an enclosed private outdoor hot-tub area provide a relaxing end to a busy day outdoors.
