La Résidence est dans un endroit central, juste à 40 mètres de la route principale qui traverse le village de Trou aux Biches. Bus, voitures, restaurants, visiteurs, marchands, loueurs de voitures consituent l environnement immédiat qui précède et surtout contraste avec la quiétude de la fameuse plage de Trou auux Biches.
