The apartment is located in the city centre, in an idyllic, quiet, area. A fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom are on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with one bedroom with a double bed, one open space room with two single beds and a bathroom. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night).

It is located close to the constant happenings of the city, but at the same time, it is just the right distance to offer a peaceful rest after an active day. It is very close to Trnovska church, the birth house of the famous architect Jože Plečnik, and many beautiful walking paths by the river Ljubljanica, Tivoli Park, the University, museum, theater... To the Ljubljana castle, you need about a 15 minutes walk.

The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

If you want to, you can come see our 6 cats! We live right next door. They'd love to play with you, get snacks, and be cuddled. They are NOT in That Cat Flat.

The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
