A cosy lounge , fully equipped kitchen and utility room . The master bedroom has an ensuite with a family bathroom downstairs. Private large sunny enclosed garden with private parking for up to 3 cars. Just a short walk to the village for friendly pubs , Spar and a family butchers, or local beaches and Roskillys ice-cream farm.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Located in a secluded valley just inland from Porthallow fishing cove, the Chalet at Parc an Fox is a detached, single-storey property set within the owners’ 4½ acres of grounds. This tranquil retreat is a pleasing walk through fields and lanes from Porthallow (just under a mile), and only a short drive from Gillan, St Anthony and the Helford River (approx. 3 miles).
