Walk to all your favorite spots in town, including Athens' many award-winning restaurants, the Georgia Theater, UGA Campus, The Classic Center, and Sanford Stadium. We recommend the Washington Street deck for parking. Located at 125 West Washington Street with a $15 daily maximum. There is also street parking available that is metered throughout downtown.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

The character of Jenna's 1940’s Magnolia Cottage makes it quirky and unique, just like its namesake, our blind Siberian Husky. Our updated home features some interesting collectables and local art. The fenced back yard has a sitting area to have coffee and get ready for your morning or have a cold beverage after a day of exploring. Access to major highways nearby make it easy for you to go on your adventures. Only five minutes to downtown and the famous UGA Arch.

Walk to the bars and restaurants of Normaltown, stroll down historic Boulevard, and enjoy the peace and quiet of an in-town neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Athens and UGA's North Campus, including Sanford Stadium.
