The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

Vaulted ceilings and roof beams give an authentic charm to this home which features an eclectic decor and rustic-chic aesthetic. Skylights bathe each room in natural light and you can enjoy performances and concerts from the windows on the right day. BeeVita-Sunset View is a lovely apartment located on a hilly side overlooking the City and blue Adriatic sea. It's recommended to those who don't mind walking up the stairs. It features a balcony with one of the most beautiful sunset views in town and is a perfect place to spend relaxing holidays,far from the crowd and yet close to all CITY attractions. IT consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed and another one with 2 single beds which can be joined together upon request.

Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.
