The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1.80m breit) und viel Stauraum für Ihre Sachen ausgestattet. Weitere Zimmer (zweites Schlafzimmer Doppelbett 1.60m breit) liegen direkt über der Hauptwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher perfekt zum gemeinsamen Urlaub von mehreren Generationen.

For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.

Seit Juni 2025 vermiete ich mein neu eingerichtetes Ostsee Apartment. Das Apartment befindet sich im 26. Stockwerk des Maritim Hotels in Travemünde und ist direkt am Strand gelegen. Vom 6 m2 großen Balkon habt ihr einen wunderschönen Blick über die Kurhotels Travemündes und seht bis zur Lübecker Bucht und dem Horizont der Ostsee. Hier könnt ihr eure Seele baumeln lassen und euch entspannen.

Unter Deck

Gemütliche und ruhige Ferienwohnung im Souterrain eines Endreihenhauses in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Parks. Schöne Terrasse mit großem Strandkorb. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Bäcker sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Schwedenstraße.
