This large modern family home is freshly renovated, located approximately fifteen minute drive from Launceston City Centre. This home has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. You'll have more than enough space to relax and soak in the views. I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm. The tiny home itself has been built entirely of cedar by local artisans. It has been fitted out with antique and reclaimed furnishings with an emphasis on comfort and laid back luxury. The wood fired hot tub is without doubt the highlight. The claw foot bath, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and friendly native wildlife are close seconds.

This large stand alone unit, located in Prospect Vale, shares a 1200sm property with a main house. The unit is tastefully decorated, fully self contained with all amenities, including a comfortable King sized bed with gel mattress, a large kitchen with gas stove, all cooking equipment & dishwasher. The ensuite consists of good sized shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. The unit boasts a reverse cycle heat pump that heats or cools the unit quickly and efficiently.
