You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a private entry and exclusive access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom (no kitchen).

It's a great place to stay, whether you're here for a few days or need a base for work or a relocation. The train station is a short walk away, along with grocery shops and other amenities such as grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Located in lovely Lathlain, it is convenient and easy to explore Perth

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
