Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. With access to private trails leading into the Lost Dutchman State Park and Tonto National Forest you be able to explore all the desert you'd like. One bedroom is open concept without a door and includes bunk beds. The other is a master suit.

It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains.
