Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. Area outside is spacious and can fit boats to turn around easily without backing up. Has high speed fiber wifi and cable. House is furnished with basic cooking supply, plates, cups. High quality mattress with luxurious pillows. Soft and comfy towels. Great spot to spend some time with your loved one!

Sip coffee on the covered deck and take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, and an Osprey nest atop a 20 ft high tree stump just a quarter mile from shore. The mobile home is inside Mid Lake Campground located on Toledo Bend, one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina.
