This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Cooper Mountain Tiny Cabin

My Tiny Cabin is located on 2.3 forested acres in a rural setting close to Portland and wine country. My home is located on the same property but trees and space between the two provide privacy. A ladder leads you to the upstairs loft with a queen bed and a skylight for a view of the treetops. A futon that folds into a comfortable full sized bed is located downstairs. The kitchenette provides a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee. Step out to the deck to cook on the propane grill.

Entertain outdoors in a covered lit patio with grill and cooler. Stay warm with 2 propane firepits or by the campfire pit. Fenced in yard is pet friendly. The master has a king bed, the other two have queen beds, I also have an air mattress if additional sleep space is needed. All bedrooms have closets & TVs, there is a desk and chair for a work space if needed in garage. High speed internet and a fully fenced in back yard with a covered space, table and chairs for relaxing or entertaining.
