Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο (ΜΑΙΟΣ 2023). στο Ζιπάρι της Κω (Εφέσου και Ιπποκράτους 4), 1200 μέτρα από την πανέμορφη αμμώδη παραλία Τιγκάκι. Είναι ένας ιδανικός χώρος για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν μια πιο ιδιωτική και ήσυχη εμπειρία στο νησί. Το Ζιπάρι καθώς και το Τιγκάκι διαθέτουν οτιδήποτε θα χρειαστείτε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής σας όπως Super Market, φαρμακεία, ταβέρνες, μπαρ, καφετέριες. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι στα 500 μέτρα. Με γνώμονα τα δικά μας θέλω, δημιουργήσαμε και φτιάξαμε αυτό το μικρό διαμέρισμα στο ισόγειο &πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού μας , ακριβώς με όλα όσα θα θέλαμε να βρούμε και εμείς σε ένα σπίτι ως επισκέπτες. Το μικρό μας διαμέρισμα έχει ένα άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι στο υπνοδωμάτιο, καλωδιακή τηλεόραση ,Air-condition , μικρή κουζίνα με τα απολύτως απαραίτητα για να φτιάχνετε το πρωινό σάς, έναν μικρό καναπέ και τραπέζι κουζίνας,το μπάνιο είναι άνετο έχει πάντα ζεστό νερό, πλυντήριο, πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά.

Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. Ce logement ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. ATTENTION. il faut une voiture ou un autre moyen de locomotion
