Entspannung pur am Puls Berlins. Seit vielen Jahren genießen wir das Leben auf dem Wasser und schon immer war es unser Wunsch, auch anderen diesen Lebensstil näher zu bringen. Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Welcome on board one of the most unique housing experiences in Berlin. This luxurious houseboat, floating on Berlin's river, offers an incomparable view. You can admire the city in the peacefulness of the water, from the rooftop terrace or the comfort of your bed. The house accommodates up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two terraces and more. A small electric allows you to access the house and reach the shore whenever you wish. Welcome on board :)

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Im Herzen von Berlin biete ich Euch ein vollausgestattetes und hochwertiges 140qm Apartment mit einer stilvollen Einrichtung und Platz für 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder. Das Apartment hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit verschiedenen Betten. Das Wohnzimmer erstreckt sich über zwei Zimmer mit einem großen Esstisch. Für Euren Aufenthalt ist für alles gesorgt, wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WLAN, Netflix sowie einer vollausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeevollautomaten und frischen Bohnen.

Private gemütliche und zentrale Wohnung

Komm rein und fühl dich wie zuhause! Mir ist mein Zuhause sehr wichtig und deswegen lege ich großen Wert auf Sauberkeit, Funktionalität aber auch auf eine tolle Einrichtung. Ich bin ein kleiner Technik Fan was meine Haushaltsgeräte betrifft. Es gibt einen Saugroboter und ein komplettes Smarthome. Egal ob für ein langes Wochenende oder für ein langen Aufenthalt, hier wirst du alles finden was du brauchst. Ich lade dich herzlich ein :)

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
