Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

The house, which has been in our family for over 25 years, was previously our happy home. It lies in the heart of the village with pubs, shops and cafes/restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Stone Cottage is the perfect base for all the walks, climbing and cycling the area has to offer.

This really is the Old Smithy! Dating back to the mid 19th-century, renovated in 2021. It's a charming, cheerful, building located in the centre of Tideswell. A cosy cottage in a thriving village. Pretty walled garden with garden furniture. Well equipped, with quality linen, towels. Bathroom with separate bath and great power shower. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two singles which can be zipped together to make a king size. Great Wi-Fi signal. Family friendly, cot and high chair available. Sorry no pets. Two minute walk into the village situated away from the main road on the hillside. Self check in with key box.

In summer months you can enjoy long evenings sitting out in the pretty garden at the back of the house.
