The property features a sauna house, dock, canoes, deck, screen porch, and a long sweeping driveway. Located in Lutsen, MN- a short drive from the ski hill and 20 minutes from Grand Marais. The house has heated floors, vaulted ceilings, and sweeping window views from all sides.

The Artist Cabin at Lac La Belle

The Artist Cabin is a small one room cabin located on the AVAGUE gallery property in Lac La Belle, Michigan. AVAGUE is a visionary art gallery open to the public. The Artist Cabin is a place for mature art-minded individuals and couples that are looking for a lakefront lodging experience. Rotating art exhibits will be featured on the walls of the cabin throughout the year. This studio cabin requires a walk across the street to use your private bathroom. Please do not book if this is an issue.

Located on the Michigan Tech XC Ski Trails, you can ski out the back door. Take a short ungroomed trail to the classic ski trails, or walk down the road to the Mill Road TrailHead to access premier skate skiing trails. We have a ski waxing station in the garage, including a table, vise, waxing iron, scrapers and brush) so you can wax your skis. Just bring your preferred wax. Lastly, three sets of Tubbs snowshoes come with the home. Enjoy winter right from your backyard in a home away from home.

Pot Belly Cabin for Lovers and Good Friends.

Pot Belly is one of our most popular cabins, small but spaceous at the same time. A view out every window, and out of sight of other cabins. The cabins are off the grid, you may not have cell service! There are lanterns for light and woodstoves for heat. Ski or hike out the door. In winter, the road is only plowed to the cabins, so it's like you're at the end of the earth. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is it! The cabin is only 6 miles from town and restaurants and shops.

The Captain, on Lake Superior Snowmobile riders! Ideal location for you! Trails begin in our driveway. Near Mt Bohemia! Dockside Resort, on Lake Superior, has an active working marina with an on-site launch. We have sandy access to the water, a channel deep enough for diving, and docks to hang out on. Picnic area. Kayaks. 😎 The spacious vacation houses, on the big lake, are quiet. Full of rustic luxe comforts. Gorgeous views. Many good reasons to book here. Lots of fun in each season!

Immerse yourself in the surrounding nature as the house is directly on 25k of hiking, XC ski, and mountain bike trails…immediate access to nature out the front door but only 5 minutes to the charm of Grand Marais.
