Centrally heated and air-conditioned, the cottage is strategically located on a high hilltop to maximize its stunning views, with large patio doors providing easy access to the expansive, covered outdoor deck. The fully fenced rear deck area is perfect for your pet, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all guests.

The Evergreen is a cozy, modern 4-season log home with 2 bedrooms & an office. This family home boasts open-concept living and a tranquil 2.5-acre private yard with a hot tub! Fire pit, above-ground pool, BBQ and screened-in gazebo open seasonally. The Evergreen is a safe, inclusive space where everyone is welcome! This is an older home, not a hotel; we love its imperfections and we hope you do too! Firewood not included, BBQ unavailable in winter months. Our pool reopens in late spring 2025.

The property is located on 350 acres of land, surrounded by NY State forest. Within walking distance is the main house which will sleep 12 people. Easy access to the river, swimming, kayaking, bike paths, walking trails and nature. A small cabin comes with this property, perfect for writing, reflecting, painting or reading. Home to many different forms of wildlife, even the elusive loon.
