In the heart of the Annapolis Valley, Upper Clements Amusement Park opened its doors in 1989 and has since been one of Atlantic Canada's top tourism destinations. The amusement park stands on 75 acres and features over 30 rides and attractions which bring over 70,000 people every year. It's the only park in Atlantic Canada that features a Flume ride (the Sissiboo Sizzler), and it is the proud home of the only wooden roller coaster in Atlantic Canada, the Tree Topper roller coaster. The adventure park offers a variety of obstacles: from a monkey bridge to skateboarding on wires, from cargo net climbing to 14 ziplines, one of which spans 410 feet across a beautiful brook.

OK....So the kids need a break from all the beach and water sports. Its not disney but this amusement park makes for a good day trip. 1.5 hrs drive and you get to stop in Annapolis Royal. A must see victorian town with fort.

Upper Clements Parks is a seasonal theme park. Water rides, Wooden roller coaster, restaurant etc.. a fun day out.
