I always enjoy watching the trains go over the curve. It's neat seeing the same train on both sides of the horseshoe at the same time Plus nice museum, gift shops, picnic tables and more. Another national historic site which is still in use today. Worth a visit and admire the engineering it took to build and maintain. Gallitzin Tunnels are a short drive up the mountain from here and the local community keeps their own memorial including a short video also worth a visit if your interest in transportation is piqued. One of the tunnels is still in use and there is a schedule of trains at the municipal building. Nice place to visit with kids.
