The St. Johns Bridge is a steel suspension bridge that spans the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, United States, between the Cathedral Park neighborhood in North Portland and the Linnton and Northwest Industrial neighborhoods in Northwest Portland.

10 minute drive. Iconic bridge seen in a variety of media including the TV show Grimm. The gothic style and green color make a pretty fantastic sight. The views of the Willamette River are also amazing. Pro-Tip: if you look north and down you will see a local artist’s sign of “Love”

Not only is the St. Johns Bridge beautiful, it also connects us to Forest park, with miles of forested trails. Even the underside of the bridge is cool, with arched support pillars, a park, and access to the Willamette River.

It's beautiful in its own right, but it's also the gateway to the St. Johns neighborhood. Get your hipster on!

Many people in Portland say the St. Johns bridge is their favorite bridge. We have 11 bridges so that's saying something. It's a great bridge to walk across and bring your camera for some fine views of the city and mountains.
