The mall is large and spacious and well maintained. It has most things needed for a good neighbourhood mall. There are many local, Asian and Western restaurants/cafes, a large Popular book shop, a large Daiso and a busy supermarket with reasonably priced goods. Near the mall you will also find a good variety of shops, massage places, eating places and the like. There is a Tesco's a short drive away.
