Our history runs deep in the areas we serve, although the first Vince’s was established in Toronto in 1929. The Vince brothers moved their store north to Sharon in 1956, as an open-air fruit market, which was purchased by Carmen Trimarchi in 1986. Carmen, along with partners Brian Johns and Giancarlo Trimarchi, have since grown the brand, with four main stores renowned for their fresh produce, along with carrying a full salad bar, catering options (including our famous platters), and an extensive lineup of prepared foods, bulk items, grocery and dairy products. They’ve recently launched a fifth location. Our new “micro store” in Market & Co. at Upper Canada Mall is one of 18 best-in-class artisan merchants, providing a curated selection of fresh items and groceries that represents the best of who they are.
