One of the best botanical garden I have visited. It has the ability to transport you through the desert, tropics, and even to Asia. It arrives on Fridays 8am until noon which is free.
A visit here shuts makes the noise and you forget that you are in one of the busiest cities in the world. Carry a light blanket and sit back on the lawn while enjoying that book you have been trying to read. When you get hungry, just head to the cafe or exit and enjoy some foods along Flatbush Ave…
It’s beautiful for a walk. Or in enjoy a delicious weekend Brunch in a delightful garden atmosphere.
This is one of our personal favorites. This botanical garden is good to visit during all seasons. In springtime you can enjoy the cherry blossom trees, in summer the expansive rose garden, and in fall the beautiful changing leaves. They have a whole indoor room just full of bonsai trees!
Beautiful day trip, check their calendar for latest info. Very good cafe there too.
One of the best botanical garden I have visited. It has the ability to transport you through the desert, tropics, and even to Asia. It is free on Fridays between 8am and noon. (March- November 2019)
Wonderful place to visit solo, with friends, or family. Wonderful scenery and a huge variety of plant species.
One of the main reasons I live in this neighborhood is the Botanic Garden. Walk in and feel 1000 miles away from the city you're in, but not so big that it'll take you hours to wander through everything. Hear the birds chirping as you wander through a lovely babbling brook, Japanese hill-and-pond…
