Walk up to the crater of Montana Roja is quite easy to walk up in trainers. about 20 min up, 20 min around the crater then 20 minutes back down so not too strenuous. Fabulous views from the top.

A walk in nature with stunning views of El Medano and La Tejita. Great spot for sunset views but don't forget to bring some light with you for the way back.
