The Museum is a great community hub of activity. Concerts, food events, Easter egg hunts, car shows, and its a nice musuem with lots of beautiful land and history.

The museum features exhibits of the maritime history of Deltaville including oyster restoration exhibits, light houses and sailboats . They actually host a boatbuilting week each summer where they teach people young and old to build their own skiff. Hike the nature trail, explore the children's garden, visit the monthly farmer's markets, attend the free outdoor concerts, or take a free ride around Jackson Creek on the historic FD Crockett boat built in 1924 and restored in 2009.
