Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Appointed with original art and heirloom antiques from family travels, you can enjoy the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, all tastefully done in a vintage style. This fresh yet hip bungalow will ensure an easy, comfortable stay. We typically do not allow pets, however we can possibly make exceptions depending on the situation.
