The laundry room is on the “mother in law’s” side. Host parks in the back! Garage in construction!

Historic garage apartment conveniently located: 5 minute walk from the river park/Arkansas river 15 minute walk to the BOK center 30 minute walk to the Gathering Place 30 minute walk to Guthrie Green 30 minute walk to the Boxyard We park in the garage below, and will need to move our car by 7:45 AM on weekdays. This will not affect your parking in the driveway and you do not have to move your car, but you will hear us raise the garage door. Thank you for your understanding.

The apartment has a complete kitchen, laundry, outdoor deck with scenic view of downtown, wood stove and features a mosaic bathroom with a clawfoot tub.
