We completed Harvest in January 2022, so this is a new beginning for ourselves and guests-we look forward to welcoming you! The space is sheltered by our majestic lemon-scented ghost gum, which hosts a variety of birdlife, that you can watch from your own private deck. The spacious interior and 16m wrap around private deck spills onto a large lawn. With handcrafted timber finishes, views from the sea to Saddleback Mountain, an outdoor setting with Weber bbq, fire pit, full kitchen and laundry included. It's your home away from home. A light filled historic cottage in the beautiful coastal town of Kiama, close to beaches and cafes. 5 minute walk to Kendalls Beach, 10 minute walk to Surf Beach & Kiama shops & markets. Walk along the spectacular Kiama Coastal Walk to the Blow Hole. Kiama Farmers Markets at Surf Beach every Wednesday afternoon. Short drive to Jamberoo Action Park & Saddleback Mountain lookout. 10 minute drive to Crooked River Winery at Gerringong. 15 minute drive to the delightful shops & cafes in Berry.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Villabona Cottage

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
