The cottage is just 5km from the centre of Thames township; everything is nearby, including the popular Hauraki Rail Trail which is a 3.5km cycle from Bakehouse Cottage.

Here you can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the landscaped gardens, with only the native quail birdsong and ocean waves to be heard. Riverhaven Cottage is situated in a peaceful rural setting yet only 5 minutes from Thames township. You will enjoy hill and valley views from our purpose built Guesthouse. Swim in the beautiful clear river, take one of the many hikes through pristine native bush or bike the Hauraki Rail Trail, it's all on our doorstep. A comfortable drive away are the east coast beaches, including Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. Just 1 hour 20 minutes from Auckland International Airport.

About Lime Cottage. Welcome to your private and relaxing beach/country retreat. Lime Cottage is set on two acres with lime trees, native trees, lawn, established gardens, and abundant bird life. All overlooking green farmland and occasionally a few noisy bulls. I am sorry but this unit is not suitable for children or infants.
