Highlands Lodge

Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Set on a working Sheep and Cattle property, Highlands Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. It comes with a deck for your private use and uninterrupted views of the breathtaking sunset. We will be on hand for any advice or help but you will be left to enjoy your stay. A short drive from the Dorrigo township and National Park, but otherwise serenely secluded on our 50-acre property. Idyllic farm cabin.

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only
