We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

3.5 miles to Turner Falls! Enchanting View Cabin.

Nestled among the mature trees and the beautiful pristine hill/pasture view of the Arbuckles. A perfect setting for a romantic get away for 2 or a family /friends fun day at Turner Falls! Once inside the property, you feel so secluded for the very coveted peace & quiet afforded by the beauty of nature. Only less then 4 miles fromTurner falls, Fried pies and Smoking Jo's, & 6 miles from town for nearest grocery and great coffee at Iron Wolf! A great jumping point for all this natural and fun!

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The Vineyard Loft is one of two Airbnb Venues located on the 3-acre Blackberry Patch property. Check out our other venue (Blackberry Cottage). Book both venues for a larger group.

Beautiful, climate-controlled & fully furnished Treehouse! You will stay in a luxury treehouse with a full bath located on the creek on a 300-acre working farm. You will enjoy the flowing creek while sitting on the deck up in the trees. We also offer UTV rentals with 100 acres of forest trails to explore including scavenger hunts, picnic tables, and swings. Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

The open concept main floor and the four bedrooms can easily accommodate families or several couples.

Please keep in mind that we are in the country and live on a dirt road. We have a horse and chickens that will be happy to greet you on your arrival. *As the pictures indicate, the Airbnb is behind the main home. We do live on the property but will have 100% privacy.
