By The Shropshire way, overlooking farmland it makes an excellent base for touring and walking. Parking and basic wi-fi on site.

Originally housed the pumps that supplied the water uphill to the town of Broseley. Some of the original pipework and valves have become a focal point in the conversion. Fully fitted kitchen. Its rural setting makes it a fab option for walkers, nature lovers and those looking for peace and quiet with scenic views, easy access to Shrewsbury (20 mins’ drive) and nearby pretty villages including Much Wenlock. Accommodation comprises a kitchen (w. slimline dishwasher), open plan sitting/dining area with log burner, bedroom (King Size bed), shower room and downstairs loo. Sofa bed on request (small double).

Situated at the delightful Maws Craft Centre which was originally a Victorian Mill Tile works with art, craft and design studios situated in the Ironbridge Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Peaceful and quiet the area offering many countryside walking trails to enjoy and riverside pubs with outdoor seating and places to eat nearby. Lots to see and do, a short walk from Ironbridge and Blists Hill Victorian Living Museum and Tile and china museums offering an industrial heritage experience.

Willow Cottage

A well equipped and spacious 1 bedroom annexe with a sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for two children but only one adult). Located close to Ironbridge, Bridgnorth and Telford. Plenty of walks, National Trust properties and nice pubs in the surrounding area. It has a wet room, fully fitted dining kitchen and lounge. Tea & coffee will be provided. There is a private patio area looking over the garden. If you need anything specific for your stay please let me know. Sorry no dogs.

Ironbridge Cosy comfy Victoria Cottage Shropshire

Victoria Cottage was built in the 19th century and used at one time as the brew house for the local Golden Ball Inn. It has been fully modernised to provide 21st century standards of comfort and convenience, at all seasons of the year. It is dog-friendly and is found in a lovely idyllic backwater of Ironbridge with beautiful treetop views over the Gorge yet only a ten minute walk to the historic centre and the world's first Iron Bridge, coffee shops, restaurants and museums.

The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.

The School House, a charming 200-year old cottage.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.
