With its warm decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see me and my family and friends from time to time and sometimes we host parties. You can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

There is a separate entrance and I will text when I am going to be down in the basement. It would only be during the week (between 11-4), not every day and usually less than a half hour. ***
