Location is central, with 3, 6 & 8 min drives to the grocery store, Walmart and Ambassador bridge. * We are in Canada. You have a fully private floor to yourself, but this is not the full house—we live upstairs.

The entire suite is yours to use but please note OUR FAMILY LIVES UPSTAIRS. We are quiet but not silent if that is what you are looking for. We are close to many amenities, shopping, restaurants and parks, including skating/hockey arenas and NextStar Energy battery factory. Very comfortable king size bed and a pull out sofa couch in the entrance room.

This property is conveniently placed on a gorgeous usually quiet, private lake-front lot on the shores of Lake St. Clair with a break wall. No docking and not suitable for swimming. Enjoy public pathways, boat launch, docking, parks, beaches and kayak/ paddle board rentals, stores and many entertainment near by for all ages. Usually greeted upon check in/ Self check-in with coded key pad lock. Recent updates: Wifi has been updated, and we now have a larger parking area for our guests.

Close to WFCU, Caesars Windsor and all major arteries. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
