Studio accomodation overlooking Marina, breakfast

This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Breakfast supplies including muesli, fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast. Fiber B/Band. Not fancy accommodation. Good quality linen and comfortable bed.

Calida's Cosy Cottage

A 5mins drive from town or the lake or a 15mins walk to either. The entire home and garden are yours to enjoy. If cosy, private, quiet and a 'Home Away From Home' are what you are looking for, this small, 2-bedroom gem is it. Suitable for a maximum of two adults, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfy queen beds, Smart TV, bose speaker, sun deck, coffee machine and a roaring fire, each evening. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Rear entrance is covered so you and your gear remain dry.

The Bothy: apartment-style homestay

The Bothy is a self-contained and independent unit of Belinda and Hugh's lovely home, but has the same fantastic views of the lake and the mountains as their own sitting room. It has a small kitchen so you can be as independent as you wish, and a comfy lounge with "that" view! The main bedroom has a king bed, but there are two single beds and a small child-sized bed in a mezzanine loft (with pull-out ladder access) for the family, and a pull-out couch which makes into a comfy bed for one extra.

Our retreat is opposite the vast reserve surrounding you with bird song and walks into the lush New Zealand native bush. Enjoy an easy bike to town or "The Lions Walk" on the lakefront on our electric bikes, a super way to see the sights and come home smiling.

Samsung Smart TV (Freeview TVNZ+ etc), you will require your own subscription for streaming services. Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.

Adorable and spacious 1-bedroom unit, free parking

Lovely, 1-bedroom, self contained unit, double glazed windows. Own courtyard in a sunny garden, the courtyard includes a private area for you to lockup 2 bikes. Close to Taupo lake and town. This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.
