As guests you have your own entrance door and key to enable you to come and go as you please. It is a charming, safe and secure, quietly situated double room with modern en-suite. Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Self contained Annex in an idyllic rural location.

Meadow Wood annex is on the outskirts of Combe Florey, a pretty conservation village at the foot of the Quantock Hills. It is a small self contained annex with parking and its own entrance, set in an idyllic position surrounded by fields and woodlands in glorious walking country. It comprises of a Kitchen/diner, bedroom (with room for a travel cot) and a bathroom. A thatched 15th century village pub, serving local ales and excellent food, is only 5 minutes walk alongside a babbling brook.

Owned by an artist, this romantic apartment faces the iconic Abbey Green, and has fabulous views of the spectacular 17th-Century Bath Abbey. On the doorstep are the famous Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, and an abundance of elegant townhouses, shops and restaurants.

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There are two further Air BnBs - Footmans, opposite and The Old Dairy, beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.
