Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Kilgi Horse Ranch

How would you like to wake up in the middle of nature surrounded by beautiful horses? Only 15min away from Tartu city centre. Here is your chance to have fun playing pool and make dinner in a cosy Barbecue house and finally enjoy hot tub under the stars. Location is perfect for many activities around: Lange Motokeskus, Otepää Golf & Skiing tracks and many different adventure parks close by. If you desire to create memorable moments with your family or friends then it is a perfect place for you.

Salumetsa saunamaja

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Korter asub kaunis tartu ülejõe piirkonnas uuselurajoonis eemal linnakärast aga samas piisavalt lähedal. Korter on väga hubane ja seal on olemas kõik eluks vajalik. Mugavust lisab suur rõdu mööbliga ja eraldi privaatne sissepääs. Emajõe lähim koht on kõigest 15 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kogu jõe ümbruses on looduskauneid vaateid ja mitmeid ujumiskohti. Lisaks emajõele asub korteri läheduses ERM ja tagurpidi maja. Kaunis raekoda ja kesklinn kõigest 10 min autosõidu kaugusel.

Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). It has a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom and a huge bathroom with bath. From the windows a picturesque and romantic green Karlova opens up in front of you..

Apartment with sauna close to city center. 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Hall Square. 5 minutes from railway station. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

An adorable flat located in the charming and colourful neighbourhood of Supilinn, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, parks and museums. 8 minute walk from Town Hall Square, 5 minutes from University of Tartu and 3 minutes from the beautiful Toomemägi park. The flat comes with a small herb garden, as well as a large terrace perfect for enjoying the short and bright Nordic summer nights.

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Apartment in Tartu

Aleksandri tänaval asuv 3-toaline kesklinna korter. Kortermaja vastas asub Kvartali kaubanduskeskus ja V-SPA. 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel on Raekoja plats. Maja kõrval ühele autole tasuta parkimine vabade kohtade olemasolul.
