Idyllically located in the heart of Union Wood, 7miles from Sligo town this cosy self-contained cabin provides an ideal location to get away from it all, with fishing, hiking & mountain bike trails on your doorstep though action is never far away! This is an ideal stopover on your Wild Atlantic Way adventure or if you're attending a wedding in Markree Castle or Castle Dargan hotel. My parents, Brendan & Sheila will be on hand to show you around and give you a real Sligo welcome!

Only a short 3 minute drive to Magheroarty beach where you can avail of island tours and ferry services to local islands. Glenveagh National Park, Errigal & Muchish Mountains, Ards Forest Park and Croilthlí distillery are all within a 30 minute drive.

Our private, fenced cabin nestled on our farm's edge, offering stunning mountain, city, and sea views with complete privacy. It has hot shower, coffee machine, filtered water, kettle, gas heater, electric blanket, mini fridge, microwave and shared full kitchen access. Unwind in our sauna or hot tub for extra fee. Feel free to interact with our farm animals( horse ,donkeys,sheep , goats) A direct bus to the city center is just 350m away. Not suitable for infants or the infirm.

Our pods are fully equipped with hotel quality bed linen, a full shower room, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Howth Cliff Walk Cabin

Chill out or go for beautiful cliff walks and discover Howth from this airy log cabin nestled among nature. The wild meadow behind the cabin leads to the Howth cliff path, perfect for hiking or strolling to Howth village or Howth Summit. There are several small swimming coves within walking distance. The cabin is at the back of my house but completely separate with its own entrance and lockbox. Lovely and peaceful!
